I told you yesterday about receiving a package of Christmas condiments to help use up the festive leftovers in exciting ways. Well, I'm getting in early with a very simple idea to jazz up your usual stuffing and make it a bit more exciting.
Prepare your usual packet stuffing mix according to the instructions - we used sage and onion - and stir in a generous dollop of cranberry sauce.
Mix it all in together and use to make stuffing balls to accompany the Sunday roast.
You could also use this to stuff a whole chicken or turkey.
