What's Cooking at The Madhouse? menu plan 19/6/15

Into the final sprint before the long summer holidays kick off in the first week of July - roll on lazy days and the chance to catch my breath a bit ! Time to try out some of the recipes from my Egyptian-themed Kitchen Trotter box and I haven't had a #KitchenClearout in weeks.

Saturday

lunchTaamias (Egyptian falafel) and Aishe Batte with Dukkah Bread plus salad (or a trip to McDonalds if Pierre's school fete/dance display goes on too long)

dinner - chicken curry with rice (possibly jalfrezi, possibly korma)

Sunday

lunch - sandwiches because in theory we'll be setting up a stall at an all-day bootsale

dinner - something quick - if I go freezer diving, I think there's some quiche and veggie lasagne or mac & cheese or it might just be pizza bagels

Monday

dinner - chicken stir-fry with soy & ginger seasoning & noodles

Tuesday

dinner - spaghetti bolognese

Wednesday

lunch -  beef fajitas

dinnerChicken with Egyptian Molokheya

Thursday

dinner - garlic & lime salmon with rice & broccoli

Friday

dinner - onion tartlets with root veg mash & beans
