I'm using up the odds-and-ends of my globe-cooking boxes and trying out the recipes that I haven't got round to yet. I'll blog about the finished dishes once I've made them.
lunch - probably a visit to McDonald's to take advantage of their soft play (then possibly a trip to the sales to use up our shopping vouchers from Christmas) - smoked salmon salad for me

DeleteVery intrigued by the butternut / marshmellow combo. Is it like candied yams?
ReplyDeleteHaven't tried the recipe yet - roast the butternut, mash, top with marshmallows and bake. Sounds weird but who knows ?! Not sure what candied yams are though !
