Next week will be nice and easy - Friday is a bank holiday so we'll be taking advantage of the fabulous French tradition of "making the bridge" and getting Friday off too. As I don't work on Wednesdays, that makes it a two-day week at work this week. Even better, on Monday morning I'm supervising a class trip to the university and on Tuesday, I'll be doing oral exams all morning, so all in all, it will be a very cushy week ! I'll need to plan for lunches as well as evening meals from Wednesday onwards so it's almost like being on holiday !
Saturday
lunch - it's that time of week again ... McDonald's !
dinner - homemade soup - not sure what, maybe Mexican tomato & bean, maybe French onion, maybe bacon & split pea
Sunday
lunch - BBQ or roast dinner, depending on the weather
dinner - leftover soup or fridge grazing
Monday
dinner - leftovers, in a pie or with pasta, depending on what there is

Ohh! Enjoy your bank holiday. A one on a Friday sounds way better than one on a Monday.
