My First Sticker Activity Books review

Pierre's little face absolutely lit up when he discovered the Farm Sticker Book from the My First Sticker Activity Books range that we'd received to review.

The book is a fabulous mixture of sticker activities and drawing/writing tasks so your little learners use their observation and matching skills when finding and placing the right stickers, but also practise their fine motor skills, using a pen for forming shapes and letters.

You also need a little bit of imagination for completing unfinished drawings or adding stickers of your choice to less structured scenes.

We also received the Baby Animals Sticker Activities book which earned another squeal of delight.

Juliette swiftly swooped in and wrote her name on the "This book belongs to" page so that she could get a look in !

It's great to find a book range that genuinely appeals to a 4-year-old and a 9-year-old, even if the suggested age range is 3-5 years old.

There are several pages of brightly coloured stickers and we all really appreciated the fact that they are well cut and easy to peel off without them getting stuck or ripping, as often happens with these types of books.

Both of the Madhouse Mini-testers have been doing a few pages every day and they're still going strong. They love the wide range of fun activities, the simplicity of the instructions and the bright colours and cuteness of the stickers. Each book contains a bumper 80 pages of activities and over 200 photographic stickers, which I think makes them great value for money. If you want to ensure you'll have a few moments of peace and quiet during the school holidays, I'd definitely stock up on some in advance. In fact, I'm off to see if there are any other titles in the series right now !
