Yellow Moon sent us through a lovely selection of their springtime-themed crafting materials to get busy with. We received some colour-in bunting (£1.49), some bird craft boxes (£2.99), some self-adhesive gem strips (£2.99), some feathers (£2.50) and shredded paper (£2.99), some craft eggs (£3.49) and a pack of papercraft projects.
I always like to put everything on the table and leave the kids to get stuck in and let their creativity run wild. They usually come up with some great ideas and I love letting them use their imaginations.
Pierre started drawing a face on one of the eggs while Juliette dived into the gem strips, no doubt inspired by the bracelets we made recently using a kit that had very similar gem strips in them.
She used some more of the adhesive gem strips, along with some felt tips, to create this funky and colourful bird box, which she was very proud of, as you can see.
Here are the Madhouse kids' first creations but I'll be back to show you some more.
If you're looking for simple kiddie crafts, don't miss these ultra simple and fun handprint crafts too, using a handprint pad that we also received from Yellow Moon in an earlier box of goodies.
Disclosure : We received the crafting supplies from Yellow Moon, in order to write an honest review.
I love the decorated eggs in egg cups, my boys love arts and crafts and I will definitely be trying this with him.
