Giveaway #508 : Win 3 x Moomins on the Riviera DVD - closed - winners Kim Styles, Cheryl Hadfield & Stuart Allen

Released on digital platforms on 14th September 2015
and on DVD on 28th September 2015

The innocence, charm and nostalgia of the Moomins returns this autumn as MOOMINS ON THE RIVIERA arrives on digital platforms from 14th September, and on DVD from 28th September, 2015, courtesy of Lionsgate Home Entertainment.

Based on the beloved Finnish comic strip by Tove Jansson, this delightful animation featuring the voice talents of Russell Tovey (Moomin) and Tracey Ann Oberman (Moominmamma) sees the Moomins embark on a very different kind of adventure, away from the safety of Moominland.

The Moomins, Snorkmaiden and Little My, in search of adventures of their own, set sail for the Riviera, where, following a journey fraught with menacing storms and desert island dangers, Snorkmaiden is dazzled by the attentions of a playboy and Moomin (Tovey) learns that jealousy’s sting is the most painful of all.

Meanwhile Moominpappa befriends an aristocrat and adopts the name ‘de Moomin’. An exasperated Moominmamma (Oberman) retires to the relative calm of their trusty old boat, to wait for her family to come to their senses. For the very first time, the unity of the Moomins is threatened...

Returning to home entertainment screens in a beautiful array of warm pastel colours, MOOMINS ON THE RIVIERA is a simple, sweet tale about the basic pleasures of home and hearth; a treat for the whole family.
