Children's Book review : Priddy Books Girls Sticker Activity Book review

Whenever the postman drops off a parcel from Priddy Books, it's always a source of great excitement here at The Madhouse because all three Mini-Testers have learnt that they're always in for a lovely surprise. We've yet to receive a book from them that hasn't been met with the Madhouse seal of approval !

The latest book that we discovered was the Girls Sticker Activity Book, which has been perfect for keeping the Madhouse Mini-testers entertained over the numerous wet weekends we've had this month. The bright pink, fairy and princess-themed cover announces that it contains pictures to colour, puzzle fun and more, as well as – get ready for squeals of excitement ! – over 180 stickers.

The book is split into three parts – Fairy, Farm and Princess Sticker Activity Fun – but I couldn't really see the point of these divisions, unless this is a compilation of three separate books ? The activities are varied and really appealed to the girls. There are pictures to complete with stickers and by drawing, colouring pages, mazes, counting activities, match ups, dot to dots, …

Juliette loved the pages where you have an empty face and you have to find the features (eyes, mouth, nose) to complete it, because - as she quite rightly said - it's an activity that you don't often find in activity books.

The thick paper, bright colours, oodles of stickers and genuinely fun activities all got a huge unanimous  thumbs-up from the Madhouse Mini-testers.

  1. This is a great idea to buy as a present because it's very hard to choose a toy to buy as a birthday present, but all little girls like sticker books!

    1. If I'm right about it being three books put together in one, it's about the same price as normal if you think of 3 x £2.99.

It lasted a lot longer than the usual sticker books that only have a few pages and get done in one go.
