This week is all about winter warmers and quick-fix suppers because I have lots of after-work meetings.

lunch - a trip to McDonalds and their soft play to let off some steam
dinner - homemade soup of some description - it usually ends up being veggie, Mexican black bean or bacon & lentil

dinner - quiche, potatoes and tomato salad

lunch - parmesan fish sticks with mash & veg

dinner - fakeaway kfc chicken with rice

dinner - grilled salmon with stir fried veggies
Friday
dinner - spaghetti carbonara
