I'm delving in the backs of the cupboards this week to clear out jars, sachets and packets that are lurking in there - some have been in there for ages because I've received them in globe-cooking boxes and haven't got the foggiest idea what to do with them to use them up ! Time to get inventive and hope for the best !

lunch - either McDonald's or sweet & sour pork, pineapple & pepper stew with mash or rice
dinner - veg & bacon soup

lunch - roast dinner
dinner - leftover soup
Monday
dinner - chicken curry with rice (either korma or rogan josh)
Tuesday
dinner - pork or beef satay with noodles
Wednesday
lunch - spaghetti with green olive paste & sundried tomatoes

dinner - spicy cheese, potato & red pepper paste pie/quiche with salad
Thursday
dinner - honey & soy marinated chicken thighs with stir-fried veg
Friday
dinner - grilled salmon or king prawns with mojo verde and boiled potatoes
