Since dusting off the Slimpod, I've had weird cravings for stir-fried veggies and soup so be prepared to see lots of those in upcoming menu plans !!

lunch - smoked sausage and bean stew
dinner - vegetable soup

lunch - roast dinner
dinner - leftover soup
Monday
dinner - special fried rice (with leftover roast chicken or pork, depending on what we had)
Tuesday
dinner - baked potatoes with cheese & beans
Thursday
dinner - grilled salmon with stir fried veggies
Friday
dinner - Mexican black bean soup
