This rather exciting kitchen project arrived for us to review from the lovely people at Fudge Kitchen.
It contains basically everything you need to create three different types of fudge, all of which look delicious and decadent : Double Chocolate Explosion, Rocky Road and Vanilla Rainbow.
I excitedly pulled off the cardboard sleeve to discover the contents of the box and was amazed to see how many bits and bobs were nestling inside.
You get three biggish bags of fudge mix, three little sachets of liquid sugar, various little bags of decorations (cookie crumbles, mini marshmallows, mini chocolate beans, popping candy and white chocolate), a sugar thermometer and two plastic scrapers.
You also get instructions for creating each of the three varieties.
And a simple-to-follow, step-by-step guide to the basics of making fudge. It all sounds quite straightforward so I'll be back tomorrow to show you how I get on !
