The weather can't decide what it's doing so I'm not sure whether to plan summery salads or winter warmers !
lunch - spaghetti carbonara
dinner - cottage pie
lunch - roast dinner or bbq
dinner - homemade soup
dinner - Hoi Sin chicken stir fry with veggies and noodles
dinner - chicken or pork curry with rice (maybe a fruity one with raisins, banana, apple and coconut thrown in for good measure)
lunch - Moroccan tagine with chicken and preserved lemons with couscous
dinner - a big mixed salad with bacon, mushrooms, tomatoe, hard-boiled eggs ...
dinner -a one-pot wonder with smoked sausage, potato, tomato, red pepper and something spicy
dinner - bacon sandwiches
