The Go!Go!Go! Show (all singing, all dancing family musical) Live In London’s West End!

This sounds totally bonkers ! "The storyline of The Go!Go!Go! Show follows five best friends who wake up one morning to discover their socks have gone missing. They soon realise that the culprit is a mischievous, furry creature called The Fluffalope who is EATING their socks, as his diet consists of nothing else!" Who came up with that one ?!! I was sold on the idea as soon as I heard the name Stock, Aitken and Waterman though - that is the soundtrack of my entire youth !

The Go!Go!Go Show opens at The Empire Leicester Square

Meet Carl, Gemma, Jade, Holly and Steve, the five new stars of The Go!Go!Go! Show, preparing to take the UK stage, charts and screen by storm in their much-anticipated West End stage show that opens on 2nd June 2012 at London’s prestigious The Empire Leicester Square.

Yes, it’s a live musical stage show in a cinema!

Created by music industry leaders, Mike Stock from Stock Aitken Waterman, recognised by the Guinness Book of Records as the most successful song writers and producers in British singles’ chart history and Steve Crosby, who conceived and recruited pop group Steps and wrote their mega hit 5, 6, 7, 8, the show is fun-filled pop music entertainment for young children and their families. With high production values, this energetic live action show comprises an original storyline and is bursting with new hit songs such as Wake Up Smiling, This Is The Life and The Get Along Song. With captivating rhythms and great lyrics that you would expect from the minds behind some of the UK’s biggest pop-stars, this family-friendly entertainment is ideal for younger children, but is just as suitable for older siblings, parents and grandparents to enjoy too.

Producer Steve Crosby said: “Music has always been at the heart of good family entertainment. In The Go!Go!Go! Show, children will be able to join in and interact with brand new, catchy songs and simple dance routines and parents will be able to trust in the content. We are confident that families will absolutely love it!”

“The show is about wholesome, ‘U’ certificate entertainment. We’re not trying to preach to anyone and we’re not promoting adult themes or ideas, just great pop music and old fashioned fun. Everyone leaves with a smile on their face.”

An adventure then begins as the friends attempt to find The Fluffalope’s home. En route they encounter the permanently confused Mr. Baffled who helps them solve the mystery.

With a visually stunning set and a cast full of boundless energy, the show encourages children to join in and sing-a-long, dance-a-long and laugh-a-long with their five new friends.
