Asda’s exclusive, limited edition BBC Children in Need products

I know there are zillions of charities out of there to support but Children in Need is always one of my favourites. I was over the moon to discover last week that I won the Baking Mad Children in Need Baking Challenge with my Pudsey-fly Cakes that we blogged about and that are currently Recipe of the Month over on the Baking Mad website ! A simple way of helping them out is to throw a few of these products in your trolley next time you're at ASDA (as well as a few coins in the collection boxes !).

For the twelfth year running Asda is a proud supporter of BBC Children in Need and this year the supermarket is encouraging the nation to bake delicious cupcakes and cookies to raise vital funds for this incredible charity.

Continuing the “Show your spots, let’s bake lots” theme, Asda is offering its shoppers and colleagues exclusive baking goodies to buy, as well as t-shirts and gorgeous Pudsey and Blush treats, with a percentage of every sale going straight to BBC Children in Need, helping disadvantaged young people across the UK.

Make sure you and your family stock up with these limited-edition products in Asda stores and online from 1st November 2012.

Ladies, show your support and wear a very stylish, official BBC Children in Need t-shirt. Choose from three gorgeous designs; a white t-shirt with a heart, black tee with a gold Pudsey silhouette and if you really want to stand out in the crowd then wear the red t-shirt with ‘keep calm and carry on ‘ slogan. Priced at £6, with £1.50 being donated straight to BBC Children in Need

Gentlemen, don’t be left out; get your hands on one of these fashionable t-shirts for men, which are right on trend and raise money for BBC Children in Need. T-shirt £6 (BBC CiN donation £1.50).

Show off your baked goodies with pride to your friends and display them on this decorative steel cupcake stand – it can display 22 cupcakes and your friends are sure to be impressed. Cupcake stand £6 (BBC CiN donation 30p).

Ensure you have everything ready for when you start baking. Make sure you help BBC Children in Need along the way and pick up your Happy Eggs (10 pack) £2, with 10p going to the charity, to create delicious cakes to share with all your family and friends.

If you need the final touch to your afternoon tea then pick up the delicious Pudsey gingerbread bear - £1 with 10p going to BBC Children in Need.
