I told you yesterday (here) about a2 milk, which is sourced from British cows that naturally produce only milk containing A2 protein and no A1 protein, providing welcome relief to many people who have problems digesting regular milk. We used it in a variety of ways, from putting it on cereal and in tea to making mash or cheese sauce and it tastes absolutely the same as regular milk.
Available at Tesco, Waitrose, Morrisons, Co-op and Ocado, £1.99 for 2 litres

If you fancy giving it a try for yourself, a2 milk have kindly offered to send a month's supply (in vouchers) to one lucky Madhouse Family Reviews reader. Fill in your entries in the rafflecopter widget below.

28 pints a week (we use a large 4 pint carton a day!)
ReplyDeleteSeeing as there is just hubby & me now we still managed to get through 2 litres of milk a day. When all the children were growing up, we used to use 6 litres a day. I can remember my Mum saying she needed a cow in the back garden when myself & my four brothers was at home, I used to feel the same way! Luckily we are all fine to have milk, but our Grand Daughter isn't allowed dairy, I know there are lots of alternatives out there but not being able to have Lancashire cheese, or a proper yoghurt!.
