Today is mothers' day in France so I was treated to breakfast in bed - porridge, chopped banana and orange juice - before I could do my weigh-in. When I finally jumped on the scales, it said 78.2kg which is basically the same as last week. However, yesterday, I jumped on the scales before breakfast and they flashed up the magic figure of 77.7kg - as that was my target for this week, that's the figure I'm counting !!
Positives of the week
- A pair of jeans that were "snug" now get on my nerves because they're too loose.

Last week's target was : Get down to the 77 point somethings. Listen to the SlimPod every day. Stay positive ! (Haven't managed to listen to the SlimPod but hit the other targets)
