Tesco is helping families across the country get ready for summer with the return of Clubcard Exchange, which helps customers make their Clubcard vouchers go further by doubling their value so customers can exchange £5 of vouchers into £10 of tokens. This summer the popular Clubcard Exchange features eight categories that tokens can be redeemed across and includes hundreds of summer essentials - from garden furniture and BBQs, to clothing, cameras and camping equipment.

Customers will be receiving their Clubcard statements next week and can choose to take part by exchanging their vouchers for tokens in-store or online from 13 May to 2 July. There is no limit to the number of Clubcard vouchers that can be exchanged and tokens can be redeemed until 11 July.

Katie McQuaid, Clubcard Director said: “We know our customers love the Clubcard Exchange and after a long, cold winter we want to help families really make the most of the summer this year, without breaking the bank. Whether that’s getting the garden ready for entertaining, planning a holiday in the great outdoors, or investing in a new camera to capture those special moments, we’ve chosen categories this year that will l help to make a memorable summer whatever the weather.”

In addition to summer favourites, categories in the Exchange include Baby and Toddler and Opticians. The eight categories in the Clubcard Exchange this year are:

Garden, Garden Furniture & BBQs
Bikes, Camping and Outdoor Sports
Toys
Clothing
Cameras, Sat Nav and Audio
Baby and Toddler
Cook and Dine
Opticians

  1. I save my clubcard points in the Tesco Xmas club - they give them back in November. Last year I had £120 - doubled the lot on the toys department, I had £240 to sort the kids christmas out! You can top the savers up too during the year if you like.
