Ryvita's 31 days of recipe suggestions

Knowing that many people will be trying to shift a few pounds in the new year, Ryvita have come up with a 31 day progamme with a diferent serving suggestion for each day of the month. They sent me through a fabulous selection of their crispbreads for me to try some of them out. I've decided that, in line with my renewed attempt to lose weight and eat healthily, I'll take in some Ryvita and fruit for packed lunch rather than eating at the school canteen a few times a week. It should save me a few pounds of the weight and money variety !

I love the fact that Ryvita are so versatile and that there are so many diferent types available. They go with sweet or savoury toppings and we even crumble them up and use them as croutons on soup sometimes.

  1. I'm doing this too - not as a blogger/reviewer but because I love Ryvita and think it is a great idea!
